Your data download

This is the page the link in your email opens when the copy of your data you asked for is ready. To ask for a copy, see Get a copy of your data.

Download your copy

1. Sign in to ShelterSync at the shelter named in the email. If you open the link without signing in, the page asks you to sign in and then open the link again.
2. Open the link in the email.
3. Press Download your data.

Opening the page doesn't download anything on its own; only the button does. Each download link works for 5 minutes. You can open the link in the email again until it stops working, 7 days after the copy was made. The copy is deleted after 7 days.

The link works only for you, signed in at the shelter the copy covers. Signed in as anyone else, or at another shelter, it says the link doesn't work for that sign-in.

If Zoolytix sent you a link that works once, because you can't sign in, open it and press Download your data; you don't need to sign in. Save the file when it downloads: the link won't work a second time.

The file includes your profile photo and the screenshots attached to feedback you sent, up to 5 MB each and 15 MB in all. A larger file is listed instead; ask Zoolytix at platform@zoolytix.com for it.

If the link says it can't be used

The link from your profile request (it needs you signed in):

• Expired: the link stops working 7 days after the copy was made, and the copy is deleted after 7 days. Ask for a new copy from your profile.
• Not available: the copy is still being prepared, or it couldn't be finished. Your profile says which; if it says the copy failed, ask for a new one.

A link Zoolytix sent because you can't sign in (it works once):

• Expired: the link stops working 7 days after the copy was made, and the copy is deleted after 7 days. Ask Zoolytix at platform@zoolytix.com for a new copy.
• Already used: it works once. Ask Zoolytix at platform@zoolytix.com for a new copy.
• Not available: the copy couldn't be finished. Ask Zoolytix at platform@zoolytix.com for a new copy.
