Survey responses

After an activity, volunteers fill in a short survey. This page is where those answers land.

Review the surveys filled in after activities.

See completed and pending post-activity surveys. Volunteers see only their own submissions; staff and admins see the whole organization.

What you can do here

• Filter responses by status or date
• Open a response to read the answers

Read a response

Filter by status (pending or completed) or by date, then click a response to open it and read the answers.

Who sees what

• Staff and administrators see every response in the organization.
• Volunteers and fosters see only their own submissions, and can't edit them.

Surveys themselves — the questions volunteers answer — are built on the Survey builder page under Settings.
