Events

Events are things happening at your shelter — adoption days, fundraisers, volunteer orientations — that you want to put on the calendar.

Create and manage organization events.

Add events such as adoption days or fundraisers with a date, time, and location. Events appear on the volunteer app's home and calendar.

What you can do here

• Create a new event
• Edit an event's date, time, or location
• Hide an event by marking it inactive

Create an event

1. Click to add a new event.
2. Give it a title, a date and time, and a location.
3. Save. The event appears in the list and on the volunteer app's home and calendar.

To take an event off the calendar without deleting its record, mark it inactive.
