Users

The Users page (under Settings) is where administrators manage everyone's account and access.

Invite people, edit their details, assign roles (admin, staff, volunteer, foster), and restrict or reinstate accounts.

What you can do here

Invite someone new

  1. Choose to invite a user and enter their email and name.
  2. Assign one or more roles (administrator, staff, volunteer, foster).
  3. They receive an invitation link to set their password and sign in.

Change a role or access

Open a user to edit their details, change their roles, or restrict their account (with a reason) if they should stop having access. Restricted accounts stay intact and can be reinstated later.

Need to add many people at once? Use Imports instead of inviting them one by one.
